SALON GUIDELINES & DISCOUNTS

General:

• No extra guests unless they have an appointment; newborns are allowed.
• Please call or text salon when you arrive; we will come and welcome you in.
• Masks are not required.
• If sick or have been around someone sick, please reschedule your appointment.
• Refunds will not be issued.
• No pets allowed; we love animals but please keep your pets home.

Discounts:

• The salon will be offering 10% off to all active military, veterans, and their spouses
• The salon will be offering 10% off to first responders, EMT, Law Enforcements, & Firefighters. 
• All referrals will get 10% on their first visit as well as the client that referred them.
• All Google reviews left by clients will get 10% off on their next visit.

Late Cancellation/No Show:

• Please give the salon a 48 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment; you will receive a text 48 hours in advance letting you know you have an appointment in 2 days.
• A 25% cancellation fee will be incurred if notified within a 48 hour period.
• The salon allows a 1 time appointment change; if you need to change your appointment more than once, a 25% rebooking fee will be incurred on your next visit.
• All No Shows without any notice, will incur a 50% fee.
